**COAT TYPES**
Wavy- puppies fur will be wavy, no tight curls. This is my favorite coat type as it is easily maintained. Shedding should be none to minimal.

Curly- puppies fur will be curly. The most hypoallergenic coat type but requires more grooming. Great option for allergies. Shedding should be none.

Flat- This coat is similar in appearance to the Bernese. Not recommend for allergy sufferers. Easiest coat to maintain. Shedding should be minimal-light.

**PLEASE READ BELOW AS WE ARE CHANGING OUR NORMAL PROCESS FOR THIS LITTER AND FUTURE LITTERS**

I WILL NO LONGER be accepting deposits until after the babies are born. I just feel at this time of so much uncertainty I don't want to tie up any family with a non refundable deposit because no one knows what their situation will be 2 months from now. Moving forward this will be our policy. I do not believe in holding a family hostage with a non refundable deposit that is given with the hopes that the puppy you want is born.

There will be NO wait list. I will post on website when babies are born.

At 1 week old I will post gender and color of each puppy. That will allow you to know if your dream puppy was born. At that time Pick of the litter options will be available

At 3weeks I will post individual photos of each puppy.
OPEN RESERVATIONS DAY:
​At that time a family may reserve a specific puppy with a $500 deposit (+4% PayPal fee). There will be an invoice attached to each puppy which will prompt you to pay your deposit for that specific puppy via PayPal.

At 6 weeks we will have family visit day. Please understand that as much as your priority is finding a good breeder and a healthy puppy my priority is finding the absolute best home for my babies. There have been a few instances where I have asked a family to leave and refunded their deposit (this is the only time a deposit will be refunded) If you are looking for a puppy as a “accessory “ please don’t waste your time or mine placing a deposit. 50% of the puppies balance would be due at the family visit. ( cash, check, zelle , Venmo or cash app are only forms of payment accepted ) Please make sure to ask any questions/concerns you have at this visit because payments are not refundable.

At 8 weeks puppies will be ready to go home. 50% remainder of balance due at pickup. Cash only!
